Honkai Star Rail version 4.5 release time in your time zone

Honkai: Star Rail's 4.5 patch, "To Roll the Stars in Astropolis," is coming out soon, taking us on a breezy summer vacation to a new planet. This update will add new story, and two new gacha units that are actually summer versions of past Penacony characters we've already met.
