Nocturne Review: Stephen Graham Elevates Apple TV’s Haunting Serial Killer Thriller

In a small Pennsylvania town, Stephen Graham is in everyone's nightmares, and it's up to Liev Schreiber and Zazie Beetz to stop him. Still going strong from Adolescence, in which he played a loving father disturbed by his son's violence, Graham doesn't seem like the monster type.
