'Resident Evil' Officially Removed From 900 Theaters

After a record-breaking month at the box office, one of the best-reviewed wide releases in years is finally making way for newer titles. The movie, which serves as a reboot of the long-running Resident Evil survival horror franchise, opened to near-unanimous praise in September.
