Supergirl Officially Gets HBO Max Release Date 2 Months After Bombing at the Box Office

Supergirl is soaring onto streaming. The latest DC Studios movie debuts on HBO Max on Sept. 10, just over two months after its June theatrical debut. Supergirl received tepid reviews when it opened in theaters on June 22. The superhero adventure limped to $126.4 million at the box office.
