V Jump, the monthly shonen magazine that publishes the Dragon Ball Super manga, just confirmed the inevitable return of Toyotarou's manga after over a year on hiatus. There has been a great deal of uncertainty around the fate of the Dragon Ball Super manga ever since Akira Toriyama’s death in 2024.
