Where to find all ancient equipment in Final Fantasy Resonance

As you progress further in Final Fantasy Resonance, you'll start stumbling upon ancient items, whether they're types of armor or weapons. At first, their stats will be laughably low (literally sitting at one for their respective stats), but certainly there's more to these equips that meets the eye.
